How does a D9GL Dosatron Fertilizer Injector work?<\/h2>\n

Only the inline energy of the water flow required to make the Dosatron fertilizer injector work. It doesn’t require electricity or any other external energy. Water driven and directly controlled by the water.<\/p>\n

The Dosatron proportionner adds any agro-chemical. Precision is right on the money.<\/p>\n

No additional sophisticated equipment, a simple filter upstream and a non-return valve downstream are sufficient. The D9GL fertilizer injector covers the flow range from 500 to 9.000 l\/h. In addition, the D9GL fertigation dosing pump by design handles the increased inrush flow when empty pipes fill up.<\/p>\n

The dose rate on all Dosatron fertilizer injector pumps adjusts easily. Just match the easy-to-read precision eye-lets to the desired value on the scale. The amount of product injected is always proportional to the amount of water entering the dosing pump. Meaning the concentration of fertilizer in the water always remains stable.<\/p>\n

What is the best way to install Dosatron fertilizer injector ?<\/h2>\n

In fertigation, Dosatron D9GL metering pumps ensure the correct dosing of nutrients into the fertigation water. With a simple by-pass installation, the grower can easily switch from irrigating with plain water to controlled fertigation.<\/p>\n

Single, double or even multiple stock solutions offer flexibility in nutrient composition. The below schematics show an A+B application. Often in use for tunnel and open field berry production.<\/p>\n

With two D9GL metering pumps installed in series, individual dosing of A and B products is possible. To feed all the water lines and accurately inject fertilizers to the desired dose rate.<\/p>\n
