Description
DOSATRON – D07RE125 VF – COMPACT
Dosing pump for accurate dosing without electricity. A small dosing pump from DOSATRON with many applications, primarily in industry and microbrewery.
DOSATRON D07RE125VF has standard VF gaskets, but can also be ordered with AF gaskets for alkaline products.
The choice of DOSATRON model type depends on water flow, dosage and product. Please contact our customer service for further questions.

Mini Dosing Pumps – Water Flow Performance up to 700 l/h
Dosatron’s mini dosing pumps are designed to be robust and efficient. They are non-electric, water-powered, chemical-resistant and designed for easy implementation into new or existing industrial dosing applications.
Our mini dosing pumps are used for applications that require continuous or proportional injection and mixing of a liquid or a soluble concentrate into water which is then dispersed to the target in an exact dose.
D07RE Series
The Dosatron D07RE series of mini dosing pumps is easy to install in compact dosing systems that require low water flow conditions.

Applications
Due to their broad range of performance and compact footprint, our D07RE series mini dosing pumps meet the needs of many applications, including:
- Car Wash Implementation
- Industry
Benefits of Dosatron’s Mini Dosing Pumps
The D07RE mini dosing pump is the perfect fit for applications of a compact nature that require low and consistent water flow conditions. Its wide range of performance allows it to be used in various applications. The D07RE series can supply a water flow from 5L per hour to 700L per hour. It offers a dosing rate from 0.125% up to 5% and can withstand pressure up to 6 bar.
The D07RE series is manufactured using high-tech plastic giving it high chemical resistance. It is also compatible with most additives used in various industries today. To extend its chemical-resistance, optional PVDF material is available to be used in the pump’s body.
The D07RE series features the Dosatron Compact, which is equipped with a security valve integrated in the Dosatron inlet. The inlet will open and let the water flow through even when the motor stops operating. This security “bypass” uses a differential pressure point of 1.5 bar [21 PSI] below which the valve will not operate.
A Small Footprint for Our Mini Dosing Pumps
Operating Principle
Installed directly in the water supply line, the dosing system operates by using the flow of water as its power source.
The water activates the featured Dosatron, which takes up the required percentage of concentrate directly from the container and injects it into the water.
Inside the Dosatron, the concentrate is mixed with the water, and the water pressure forces the solution downstream.
The dose of concentrate is directly proportional to the volume of water entering the Dosatron, regardless of variations in flow or pressure, which may occur in the main line.

Installation Tips for Your Mini Dosing Pump
Important! Refer to local water regulations, prior to installing your Dosatron.
To optimize your metering pump, it is recommended to:
- Install a filter (300 mesh – 60 microns) upstream, depending on your water quality.
- Change the dosing seals at least once a year, depending on its use.
- Install the dosing pump taking into consideration the direction of the water flow (arrow on the pump body), otherwise the security valve might move and damage the dosing unit.
- Rinse as often as possible with clear water.
- Turn off the water supply and allow the pressure to drop to zero before adjusting the injection rate.
- Install necessary protections for excess flow, excess pressure and water hammer (anti-hammer flow/pressure and anti-siphon device).
- Install a flow reducer upstream of the dosing unit, as the flow from a water supply is in general higher than 700 l/h.
